Happy 3rd ROM Anniversary to hubby!! Time flies and we are into our 3rd year as a married couple. This year, with our little precious joining us in celebration... Hubby's plan: Going to Popoye's chicken @ T3.

Morning brought Ryan to the POSB bank and open his bank account. His first bank account with all his 1st year ang pow money plus those 4D winnings by both his paternal and maternal grandmas...

Think in no time, he will be richer than me! hahaha... Waited for super long loh.. haiz... after his banking stuff, went to hougang mall for brunch! Then walk home and feed Ryan his porridge then prepare him and set off to Yishun to visit my friend... who gave birth to a baby girl in Jan... her name is Grace... See this little cutie with my cutie.. hehehe...


See Ryan's smile?? Looks like he got teeth hor?? Actually he had biscuits in his mouth!! hahaha

Stayed for almost 2 hours before going home.. Ryan slept inside the cab.. haha... Reach home, woke up for his porridge... then refused to nap liao.. Daddy came back and off we went to T3.
Over @ T3, kinda of disappointed as we didnt get to eat what we wanted cos super long Q and no place to sit... HC was disappointed as he went with a hungry stomach... so in the end, drive home and tabao.. will go again for sure...

Started a new job. Location @ Kakit Bukit, designation: Sales Coordinator... Dealing with sanitary ware and sensor... Wonder if you all had heard about Rigel Technology (S) Pte Ltd before? Hope i can do well and gain $$ promotion... hahaha...

17th Feb 08

Woke up early to prepare Ryan as Fion's inviting us to her house for a CNY gathering.. but as Ryan was taking his nap and didnt wake up till 11plus, so i also kind of drag... by the time we reach her place, it's 12plus... Had fun there and Ryan was definitely the star there.. Got lots of ang pow too... haha.. left around 2pm as mum called and asked what time we reaching circuit rd... so hurry down with a cab... When i reach circuit rd, everyone also came to carry him.. hahaha.. free... stayed till 5pm then went to Ling Feng temple at Kembagan... MJR Alumni gathering... Left at 630pm and took a cab back to hougang.. Tired... hahaha...

CNY & My Birthday...

Happy Birthday to me! This year will be my first birthday with Ryan. Will be going out for dinner with HC and of course, our little precious. Will blog details later. Well, since last night from 12 midnight, the first bday sms came in. It's from my sis then early morning from 7plus onwards.. sms came flooding with well wishes. Wanna thank all of you friends who remembered my bday. I guess, as i age each year, nothing matters more then family, good friends and good health... but with a little wealth too??? hehehe

14th February 2008 (Thurs)

Valentines Day... our first with Ryan... Mil not home, went casino ship... so took this opportunity to cook. Since it's gonna be expensive eating out and with our baby... decided not to. Went out to NTUC to purchase the ingredients that i will be cooking.. Western for dinner. So it's pork chop and fillet, cucumber, tomato, black pepper sauce, mayo sauce (replace tartar sauce cos out of stock), mushroom soup.

HC called up and said that Bil wanted to eat in so ask me to cook their share! i was like huh.. first attempt if not nice sure super malu... nevertheless, went ahead... so went to ntuc again to purchase more pork chop.. hahha then went to school to fetch Belicia as she had extra lessons. Schools nowadays are getting more busy... Reach home 3pm, pat ryan to sleep before i prepare. Belicia was the helper of the day... hahaha...

It's the 7th Day of the CNY : Ren Ri, so Happy Birthday to everyone. Me still in nuaing mode... tired. Hubby starts work today... Wish him sheng yi xing long, cai yuan kun kun lai!

12th Feb 2008 (Tue)

Morning woke up and Ryan was still having his watery nose, so decided to bring him to AMK to see the SBCC. Not wanting to take any chance for his condition to get worse and i am starting my new job soon, so i doubt i will not be able to take leave as and when i like.. called up and have appt fixed so reach around 11plus.. waiting for almost 1/2 hr as there are 9 pt in front of us.. Saw Dr Vella.. given nose drop, ventolin and rhinathiol. Total cost: $63.xx.

Went home took nap while HC went out with his friends.. then came back to pick us and went to his friend's place to pai nian... Stayed for almost 1hr before we went hougang mall to buy some stuff and went home...

11th Feb 2008 (Mon)

Work starts for most people... after such a long break.. hahaha. Spend the whole day nuaing.. HC and i wanted to go Ikea but due to Ryan not feeling well, so decided to wait and see.. in the end, we end up sleeping thru lunch.. Ryan too.. woke up around 4pm.. quickly feed him his lunch/ dinner.. haha.. then we went out for dinner at Heartland Mall. Went to xin wang... brought mil, belicia along as Belicia's parents went out... Shop for awhile before we headed home.. Tired.. think sleep too much liao... :p

10th Feb 2008 (Sun)

4th day of the CNY... Today mil invited her siblings to my place.. They opening gambling den... *faint*. Morning went to cafe cartel for breakfast. Meet Maria as she also needs to work at the dental and ask her pop by my place after her work.. After breakfast, went to NTUC to buy my mop... did i mentioned that my mop broke into two after i finished mopping the whole house during the CNY eve??? Well, actually after i broke my mop, i immediately ask HC to drive to NTUC on the eve, but it was closed... so bo bian... clean the room with cloth for the past few days.. The house was quite noisy but we went out to my aunt's place in the afternoon so , some peace! Back home, HC also join in the fun...
By the time they close the gambling den, it's coming to 7pm. They had their dinner and went off... Me and HC went on to clean the house, vacuum, mop, clean.. tired... while mil only clean the sofa... &*(&%# we had to clean while she do the invites! R.U.B.B.I.S.H!!!

Got an invitation to Amy's place for CNY lunch. Due to our tight schedule and HC's draggyness, we kinda miss it... Sorry Amy... I am the pilot again! :p

8th Feb 2008 (Fri)

2nd day of CNY... Woke up at 10plus.. Mil wanted to go his sister's place @ Punggol. So we sent her there before heading to my uncle's place for a big family gathering... It's a usual practice on my dad's side to take turns to open house and the whole bunch of them gather at one place... It's a pot luck session too.. Stayed for almost 2hrs plus before heading to punggol to pick HC's youngest sis and Belicia to HC's 4th uncle place. Reached there around 4plus, another gambling den.. hahaha... Left around 6 and headed to downtown east for dinner before going back to punggol again to pick mil.. can imagine i cant go back to the same place for 3 times in a day!!!!
Left Punggol at 9plus, headed home and shower Ryan and KO with a bottle of milk.. :)

7th Feb 2008 (Thur)

1st day of CNY. Ryan's 1st CNY with us... Woke up early to prepare him. Dressed in him his RK Polo shirt and jeans... Then it's Pai nian time...

Happy New Year to all!! May the Rat Year brings everyone lots of joy, good health and happiness...

My first post in Feb... after my last post on 21st Jan. Well, been busy and had some issues at work.. So decided to call it quits on the 25th Jan. Went back on 28th Jan (mon) to pack up my stuff and left the office at 7plus cos waiting for hubby to come and pick me up. So, Farewell Hobart. Thanks for the opportunities and guidances given to me for the past 4 years plus. Then for the past few days also quite busy going for interview.

Went for an interview on Friday 1st Feb. Company: Rigel Technology (S) Pte Ltd http://www.rigel.com.sg/. My designation as Sales Coordinator and guess what? I was confirm on the spot. So will be starting work on the 18th Feb.. So will update again after i start on this new job.

3rd Feb 2008 (Sun)

Lazy Sunday, part time maid come over to spring clean the house. Also, went to salon to highlight, wash, cut my hair. Attending a wedding dinner of our ITE classmates @ Rasa Sentosa.

Congratulations Peter and Shufang... our long time friends.. Wishing you both many years of bliss... zao shen gui zi!

Beautiful Sat. Busy as preparing reunion dinner for the Kuiks. The daughters are coming back... so morning went out to supermarket with Da-sao and Huibing. Went home to prepare fast as i had to go bishan for my pedicure appt @ 2pm.

On leave today as having a photoshoot with Foto U. Photographer was Wai Peng.

Weather was good but Ryan was not being cooperative... towards the end as he was feeling sleepy! Argh.. But nevertheless, still managed to capture some nice shots of him. Now to wait for the CD. Will upload when i receive it.

Belicia dated me for breakfast. So went to Cafe Cartel for breakast. The portion was good and it's also quite cheap.

Been a long while since i last update.. been so busy and lazy... with lots of things...

After Ryan's discharged from KKH, we decided to confine him two weeks @ home. So for the past two weeks, we're home, resting and packing up his stuffs, clearing the house cos CNY coming...

By the way also received the CD from Shirley of Kopimei.. Thanks Mei for sending it over to me... Selected these 5 pics and have it develop into 5R. Love his smiles so much...

Work has been taking a toil on me lately... Now i dread of going to work everyday... For the past 4 years, i managed to survive there even with the face of a woman... Since last nov, 2 new guys joined us and very unfortunately, i am under one of them, but the workload, i have to branch out to support 3 people. How unfairly treated!! Anyway, hoping to find a new job with better prospects, better pay and of course, more friendly environment! So, anyone with good lobang, let me know...

Second day of 2008! Very fast the Chinese new year will come soon... Today on leave cos Ryan is still in the recovery mode. Tml will go back to work. Also receive an sms from veron. The pics are out! Very excited to see the pics... Will update again and of course the pics taken in dec...

To all my relatives and friends...

Thank you for staying so true and the love and concern shown when Ryan was admitted to hospital. He is in his recovery mode and he will be back in action soon.. Stay tuned!

Been a long while since i update. Reason was that in fact i did an update on the 23 dec but the loading was super slow with the pics and the spacing when haywire... until today i gave up...
Will do an update from 8th dec onwards to today. Pics will be separated.

27th Dec 2007 (Thur)

On leave again as Ryan is still not well. His fever didnt subside but got worse. So continue to give him medication and sponge him. Throughout, he woke up for milk and sleep.. Looking so restless.. wonder what's wrong with him.. Dad and Mum came over the same evening and brought the thermometer over. Took his temperature and it hit up to 39.2. Quickly called up the PD at Hougang Mall and rush him over. Waited for awhilw before we could see Dr. Zainal.
Examined him and he suggested that we admit him to KKH as his temperature was way too high and his fontalle was bulgling up. which afraid that will be meningitis. So called Hc and he rushed home and pack up and speed to KKH. Reached KKH A & E. Waited for about 15 mins before our turn. Then i brought Ryan into treatment room while Hc went to register. Dad and mum was with us thru.. Inside, had to take Ryan's urine, blood for test. The nurses were super rough... Pricked Ryan and squeeze his finger for blood... He was crying so badly that he was fidgeting away... Was so heart pain to see him go thru this. haiz... By the time the doc came and examined him, he was dozing off.. but woke up when the doc examined him.. cry again... Then after we were sent to the ward.. and it was around 1230am... then he was crying away refused to be put on the bed.. so i had to carry him throughout. Comforting him, singing to him... Hc then went home to pack some diapers and his pillow over... He then stayed till around 2plus then went home to rest.

So it's holiday at KKH from 27th Dec to 31st Dec. What a way to spend the last few days of 2007!


26th Dec 2007 (Wed)

On leave and met mum at Parkway to sign up for the Mobile broadband. Then went lunch at food court and decided to go home and rest since next day had to work and Ryan was like having fever.. he was warm so brought him see doc and was given para syrup. HC came and pick us up around 8 plus. Back home, clean him up and gave him medication again as he was still warm. Sponge him thru the night... Hope he gets better..

It's Christmas Eve!! A season of giving and sharing... Company on half day. So after work, went to parkway to meet JW, Ms Serene and maria for lunch. To celebrate Ms. Serene's birthday. Bought a little gift for her from body shop as well.. Then after that went home as had to prepare Ryan and send him to Mummy's place for a night as we had to attend temple's dinner.
It's was Ryan's first Christmas... so bought him a small log cake as well but it went into his daddy's stomach! hahaha...


22nd Dec 2007 (Sat)

Woke up early as i had to prepare Ryan and go to Mei's place for photoshoot organised by Veron! Thanks babe! Set off together with Sil as belicia had his tuition at Punggol. Reached Mei's place around 11am. upon reaching, Ayden was already doing his photoshoot. he was smiling so happy! Next was Ryan's turn. Ryan was very cooperative... smiling away.. Great job darling!! Now have to wait for the pics... quite excited as he took quite alot... hehehe...
Veron next.. Darius looked abit steam... haha cos he just woke up from nap. :)
After everything done, Daniel sent me back to Hougang. Thanks Daniel and Veron for the ride.
Met Sil and Belicia at Hougang mall to buy some stuffs and had our lunch. Then went home to celebrate Belicia's birthday. I ordered the cupcakes for her while her mummy bought her a ice cream log cake. Ordered pizza and kfc too... End of the celebration, everyone was too heavy to move... But poor me and Sil, had to clean up the house... haiz...

Once again, Happy Burp-day Belicia!!!


16th Dec 2007 (Sun)

Didnt go back to Circuit Road as i was having a headache... but dread staying home cos Mil was home.. so die die drag myself out and call up Huiling for lunch at Compass Point. Was decided between jacks or sakae but for Ryan sake, we opted for sakae so that he could have the chawamushi. He loves it so much that he keep asking for it!! Duhz... like never eat before pattern... We hang around outside for almost 5 hours before heading back home... Reach home too tired sso pat Ryan to sleep while i took a short nap too! End of Sunday!


14th Dec 2007 (Fri)

Was on leave today to bring Ryan to The Children Private Clinic to see Dr. Caroline Ong. Mum was on leave too so we arrange to meet at KKH instead. We didnt have to wait long for our turn. Dr. Ong check on Ryan and said that he was healing well and will discharge him, giving him one year of open date and i can call up if anything happens.. (touchwood)

After check up, took free shuttle bus to Bugis and had Swensons for lunch... As mum had the vouches.. So it's a free lunch.. hahah... then back home.. Left Ryan at mum place for the night as meeting up the babes for our 1st christmas dinner cum gift exchange! Had a great time at Aquamarine. The food was good and the service was excellent!! Will go back again!


8th Dec 2007 (Sat)

Sat, waking up to usual routine and decided to meet Huiling for lunch at Compass Point. Decided to ask SIL and Belicia along cos had promised her a treat of ice cream if she did well for the end year exams. Sil had to go pick Belicia from her tuition centre so we will meet direct at Compass Point.
Met Huiling around 1.30pm at hougang mrt and hop into the train. Went straight to swenson and book seats. Sil and Belicia came so we ordered food and of course, Earthquake as ice-cream. After lunch we went on our separate ways as i had wanted to go Kiddy palace to get Ryan's food and huiling got Ryan his 1st Christmas present!
