After a long break from work... today went back to office for the "heng gang" ceremony. Ryan woke up early and brought him along to work. Reached office around 815am. He is so shy towards my colleagues... Then let him sit at my work station while i do my work.. Slowly colleagues started to stream in one by one.. Slowly he warm up to them too.. of course with them by giving him sweets!!! Vivian also took him up to 5th level and collected quite a few ang pows. Thanks everyone!!!
10am, the liondance troupe came and started dancing. Thought Ryan will be scare of it and with the loud drums and cymbals... to my surprise... he went to touch the lion head. Too bad didnt managed to take pics of him with the lion. He was so happy to see the lion dancing... and keep waving to my colleagues... and of course to Vivian..
After lion dance, we proceed on to the Swa Garden Restaurant @ Macpherson Rd for lunch. It's super Teochew resturant. Got my parents to come and pick Ryan up as he is getting tired.. and dun think he will sit still with me. Food served so so.. the fish, shark fins and the dry fried hor fun is nice..
Next destination to Boss place at Telok Kurau. Gambling sessions, poker card session, wine tasting session starts and karaoke starts... Everyone is having fun. I stay for an hour before leaving. A good session today. So everyone Huat Ah!!!

HAPPY CNY!!!
Like to wish everyone a very Happy Chinese "NIU" Year!
This morning went to collect Ryan's school uniform. He is rather shy with the kids there.
This cny was rather boring. Did not go much visiting as we are not allow to, due to HC's grandma passing yet 1 year yet. This is also the first time i didnt kjoin my parents for reunion dinner. Spend eve at home cleaning up the house, vaccum, mop and order Mac for reunion dinner with HC and Ryan. Pathetic right?
1st day of cny, went to temple and pray fil, HC's grandma and grandpa. After which we went home and rest till 3pm before heading to my grandma place then to my parents place. Stay for 2 hours before heading back home as mil got cook as all her princess are back.. After dinner, mil followed her princess for visiting and she requested to bring ryan along. So let her bring loh and she can tell me to clean up the house when they go out. Wondering of she treat me like a maid??? Of course i know how to clean lah. I also cant stand dirty.
2nd day, HC invited his china colleagues to our place for lunch. Morning woke up and send mil to her sister place as they are meeting for gambling session. We drove to Hougang mall to buy the KFC chicken fortune feast meal and i went house to start preparing the food. The guys reached at 12 and makan session ends around 230pm. So clean up the house again... rest and 7pm head out to Kovan Xin wang for dinner with HC, Ryan and sil.
So that's all for the cny holiday. Will be on "force leave" for whole of this week. "Heng Gan" on sat... will bring Ryan along!

12th Jan 2009
12 Days into the year of 2009... so what have i been up to lately??? Nothing much though... The thought of me going onto the big 3, scares me!!!
Cant wait for him to start school in Feb. Will be collecting his school uniform soon. Hope that he will be co-operative when he starts school and will say bye to us when we go work...

Went back to work.. Company annual stock take and house keeping. Couldn't wake up.. Hubby had to send me to work. Too tired as the night before we went out for our ITE friends gathering..

Went back to mum's place.. Damn bored to stay home.. Brought Ryan for his first hair cut since his last shave after his first birthday... Look handsome.. haa.. though he doesnt have much hair... Shall post his pic later.. as these few days no much chance to take his picture. Mum bought him a school bag.. Theme of the bag: Tom & Jerry.. and a new pair of shoes...

Spend almost the whole damn day at office... Tired and dirty like shit...

Hey Hey everyone... Last Day of the year 2008. Like to wish everyone a HAPPY 2009!!! May the best befall of you in the new year!
As usual, today half day at work. Hardly any mood to work as all looking forward for the holidays and buffet provided by company. At the clock strike 1230pm.. most of the staff came down and stream thru the buffet.. Nice food, wine and of course with photo taking sessions...
Year 2008 marks a so-so year for me. Lots of up and down.. some interesting... some uneventful. Thank god nothing drastic.. Hope Year 2009 will be better...

It's boxing day today.. Back to work after a day of holiday!
Was slagging at home. Met parents for breakfast at Cafe Cartel before they came over to my place to help me fix the sink tap. The boys had fun playing the playground..

Childcare Leave 22.12.08
Today on childcare leave... Stayed home to look after Ryan.
As MIL went for eye surgery last thursday and she still cant look after Ryan. So mummy me had to do the job.
After such a long silence since 2nd dec.. Lets do a re-cap on my recent doing...
21.12.08 (Sun)
Nothing much, china cleaner came and did the house chores. Then Chong elder sis sent mil back home.. So mil is back home!
20.12.08 (Sat)
Woke up early and had to work.. Boring day. HC came and pick me up and headed to Singapore expo for the Mega tex show. Lots of good deal.. but can see cannot buy. Wait for 2 years nore bah...
19.12.08 (Fri)
On leave.. went over to mum's place to look after Ryan as mum need to meet his colleagues for lunch. While i met up with a sec sch friend for lunch at Parkway, Sakae Sushi. Ryan slept on the way there and even when we were eating.. but woke up half way. Fed him some garlic rice, and udon.. He likes it alot.. Then walk around, went to Swensen for tea.. Had banana spilt.. He loves banana.
Not long after, took cab and went home.. Handed Ryan to mum before heading out again.
Met up with bestest friend for dinner. Havent been meeting them for a long time.. It was really nice to be able to catch up with them.. updating each other again.. Went to Dempsey Hill for dinner @ the Barracks, dessert @ Ben & Jerry.. Exchange gifts... then back to Barracks for drinks.. Oh, did a bet on Angelina's twins.. whether is it a boy or girl or boths girls with Towkay neo.. i won.. and got a treat from towkay neo.. Thanks Veron for the beer!
I left at 11.30pm as i had to work before the rest of them went for their massage..
