Updates (1st Dec to 5th Dec 07)

Last blog on 24th Nov 07. This month is holiday month.. I love December.. Lots of holiday and in Christmas mood.. Btw, it's Ryan's first Christmas too! Last few days were so occupied with gatherings, birthday and wedding dinner again.. hahaha... So let see...

5th Dec 07 (Wed)

Nothing much except raining for at least the whole morning.. Weather will be nice for sleep in... How i wish i am at home.. nuaing with my son.. Unfortunately, i had to be at work.. slogging like a cow... Moo... Waiting for KO time @ 6pm.

4th Dec 07 (Tue)

Nothing interesting.. Work and work and work... Went home and HC and i brought Ryan out to walk around the pasar malam. Ryan's first pasar malam.. He was so kaypo.. looking around.. too bad didnt bring any camera to capture him.. Anyway, wasnt a very good one as we were approached by a lady.. Think should be in her 30s.. asking us to pay for her food!!! She was so daring that she said she was hungry and wanted to eat cup corn so HC said do good deed, pay for her cup corn. She ordered a cup so i paid with $2 and got my change of 50cents.. Can you believe what the woman wants???

Woman: "Give me the 50cents, i want!"

Me: "No way, i paid for your cup corn and you want my money? you take your food and go"

She followed me cos we were waiting for the Tutu kueh. Again she said she wanted and ask me to pay for it. This time HC got angry! He told her off..

HC: "Hey, it's enough.. we give one inch, you want another yard?
Woman: I'm hungry!

HC: Dun come here and bluff people's money, you better go if not i'm calling the police"

That woman then walk off.. then the Tutu Kueh auntie told us that she had been coming and asking ppl to buy food for her.. Hoping to warn us but too late.. Anyway, when we left, we saw her trying to ask ppl to buy food for her! A uneventful outing!!!

3rd Dec 07 (Mon)

On half day today. Mil wanted to follow her eldest princess's family to the Changi Airport T3. So went home to look after Ryan and also need to attend my long time friend of 16 years wedding dinner. Met a few of my classmates there.. We used to be a group.. haha.. One had become a Chef @ Absolute Haven...

Knew Veron since primary school... I was transferred in cos i was a lousy student. We took 7 years to complete our PSLE... (not a very glam past..haha). Went to the same Secondary School, and were in the same ECA and same class from Sec 3 onwards... had the same part time job... been thru thick and thin together. Though as we grew older more committment from work etc.. we still kept in touch. *Btw, her better half was also our classmate in Sec3 to Sec 5. Thanks to us that we keep making fun of them and finally they went "steady"... It was a 10 year long courtship before they tied their knot! Well done King!!!

Finally, CONGRATS VERON & KING! Another chapter in your life has begun when you TWO has become ONE!

Mei's invitation to her new home @ Punggol.

Morning woke up did the usuals and cook porridge for Ryan. Fed Ryan before setting off to Mei's place at 1230pm.. Took a mrt to punggol and change to LRT. It was Ryan's first LRT ride.. He kept looking around.. "Sorry son, mummy was alone thus cant take pic of you in the LRT.. Will promise to bring you on the LRT ride and take a pic of you ok?"

Was the 2nd one to arrive at Mei's place.. Amy was early.. Met Mei's god-sister, Meizhen.. Thought she looked familiar.. anyway, she's a nice girl! Followed by Veron then Mich!

Nice house.. very comfy feeling.. will show pics in the slide.
