Happy 2nd Birthday, Darius

Happy Birthday little Darius...

Mil away for holiday 17-19 Nov 2008

See the subject title??? Haa.. been waiting for the longest time.. Well, time wasnt enough even though she is not in Singapore. I didnt have time to meet up with my friends...
Ryan stayed at my mum's place since sat... Sunday we had to attend a wedding dinner... HC didnt joined as his "pig trotter" was not convenient.
Monday after work, accompany him to see the bone setter again for follow up.. then went over to mum's place to visit Ryan.. After that home to do housework. Tue, met up with youngest sis in law at hougang mall for dinner, washing and mopping before mil comes back on Wed..

Was on leave on Wed to settle Ryan's application forms for the subsidy. After which, went to the new campus at Ubi to meet up with Huiling. My former Sec. 2 form teacher was waiting for me there.. Toured around the big school.. too big liao.. haa...

Then went over to mum's place to meet them for lunch. Headed to Orchard as mum had a appt for massage. My 1st visit to Orchard for this year so is Ryan! Haa...

MJR Homecoming cum Farewell 2008 -15th Nov 2008

Last Sat was pretty a hectic week for me. As per above subject, my former secondary school will be relocationg to it's new site, Ubi Ave 1 from 2009 onwards. So the school alumni association hosted the homecoming cum farewell on the old campus which was located in Sim drive. As i am part of the alumni, i had to help to co-organise.

The committee members reached as early as 12noon to make sure that all things were set up without any hiccups. I was late as i had to send Ryan to mum's place then accompany HC to see a bone setter.. That fella sprain his leg ankle on Friday.. After which he drove me to the school. I reached at 1pm.. most things were nicely set up... so at 2pm ex manjusrians streamed in one by one.. some came in groups, some with spouses and kids... We have seen so many batches graduated and even the ex and current teachers joined in. The response were over-whelming... The principals were glad.. so were we! Finally the event started... It was a simple yet meaningful event. The whole event closed up with 2 buses catering ex-students to the new campus for a tour. Most of the committee members stayed back to tied up loose ends... and of course took some final pics of the school.

Manjusri, being the only buddhist secondary school in Singapore. What can i say about it. I had spent a good 5 years there. I made lifelong friends there.. She had seen me grown over the years and without the guidances and encouragements from the teachers, i wont be what i am now. Though i may not hold successful careers like others, i have learnt to be responsible and live with intergrity. Thank You Manjusri, i will miss you at the old campus. With metta... Peace!

A Hectic Week

For these past two weeks had been quite a hectic one for me at work..Work is never ending... Anyway, looking forward to saturdays and sundays...

Brought Ryan to Paediatric Cline just now for his last dose of the Prevenar. He now weigh 9.6kg. Seem a bit light but i guess that's contribute to his sickness for the last month... Never mind, i believe he will get well soon and become a strong boy!
